Will the design look the same in my cutting software?

We design our SVG files using Silhouette Studio Business Edition. While the files are compatible with other programs, the appearance and performance may vary depending on the software you use (like Cricut Design Space, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).

Additionally, the product images on our website are enhanced to be as clear and vibrant as possible for your screen. On each product page, you’ll find a detailed note explaining what has been enhanced so you know exactly what to expect from your digital file.

Why do I need to register to make a purchase?

We require registration to make sure you can always access your order history. After you complete your purchase, you can log in to your account at any time to view your past orders.

How do I access and download my purchased files?

After your purchase is complete, your download link will be available directly on your account page. This is a one-time, secure link that will expire 24 hours after it’s been sent. This helps us ensure the security of your account and the integrity of our digital products. We highly recommend downloading your files promptly and saving them in a safe place on your computer. If the link expires, simply contact us for a new one.

Why am I being charged a 6% sales tax?

As a registered business, we are required by law to collect a 6% sales tax on all purchases. This tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and is added to your order total at checkout. The tax amount collected is remitted directly to the state as required by law.
