Shipping Policy:

Shipping Method: All physical items are shipped via USPS First Class to ensure quick and safe delivery. Please note that Artistic Happiness cannot be held responsible for issues related to the carrier’s handling of your package, incorrect addresses provided by you, or any USPS malfunctions. A tracking number will be provided for every order. Please monitor the tracking information, as your package may not fit in a standard postal box, and the carrier may leave it elsewhere.

Shipping Area: Currently, Artistic Happiness only offers shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

Processing Time: Orders are shipped daily, but it’s important to consider that most orders can take up to three weeks to process. If you require a rush order, please contact us to discuss available options.

Tracking Information: Every order is assigned a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to keep an eye on the status of your delivery.

Delivery Times for Specific Items:

  • Pre-made items, limited edition photographs, and some wall art are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. Please note that your first business day is the one following the day you placed your order.

Refund Policy:

Custom Orders: Please be aware that CUSTOM ORDERS, including limited edition photographs, clothing, custom wall art, and plush toys, as well as face masks, are considered final sales and cannot be returned. Due to their personalized nature, no returns or exchanges can be accepted. It’s essential to ensure the accuracy of the text and details when placing your order, as the product will be created EXACTLY as entered. If you require a replacement for a clothing item, it can be remade at an additional cost to the buyer. This fee covers the item’s purchase, shipping to me, and any applicable taxes.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items Include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Downloadable graphics
  • Embroidery files
  • SVG’s
  • HTV (heat transfer vinyl) transfers
  • Sublimation transfers

Cancellation Policy:

As of April 2015, we have implemented a cancellation policy. If you purchase an item, submit payment, and subsequently decide to cancel your order, it is possible to do so. However, please be aware that a 15% restocking fee, as well as any incurred shipping, design fees, and other costs associated with your cancellation, will be deducted from your refund. To avoid these additional expenses, we recommend ensuring that you genuinely desire the item you’ve ordered. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, and we hope you enjoy your purchase!
